With their knowledge, skills, and techniques in language teaching, students are highly motivated to learn a language and can improve their language knowledge and skills eventually. A large number of learning resources are available CMRULC. They include self-access learning center where learners can access to Tell Me More program to practice their English; English library where learners can find and read books in different languages, play games, and meet to engage in knowledge creation; and Language Clinic where learners can make an appointment to meet a language expert for advice about language learning. In addition, CMRULC is also a test center providing standard language proficiency tests such as TOEIC, HSK, HSKK, and CMRU-TEP.
